By accessing and using digitalbydefault.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Digital by Default ("we", "us", "our"), a UK-based AI agency.

2. The Service

digitalbydefault.ai is a curated marketplace for discovering, comparing, and listing AI-powered business applications. We provide a platform connecting software vendors with businesses seeking AI solutions.

3. Vendor Accounts

• Vendors must provide accurate and truthful information about their applications.
• We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any app submission at our sole discretion.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their listings.
• Vendor accounts are non-transferable.

4. Listings & Content

• All app listings must comply with UK law and not contain misleading claims.
• We reserve the right to modify or remove listings that violate our guidelines.
• Vendors retain ownership of their brand assets and content.
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

5. Payments & Billing

• Premium listings and add-ons are billed as described during the onboarding process.
• All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Affiliate Programme

Participation in our affiliate programme is subject to separate terms communicated upon approval. We reserve the right to modify commission structures and terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion.

7. User Conduct

Users of the Platform agree not to:

• Manipulate votes, reviews, or rankings through automated means
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any app listing. We are not responsible for the products, services, or practices of listed applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Digital by Default shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered vendors and subscribers.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
